NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE. THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that we STOKESLEY PARISH COUNCIL have applied to the Hambleton District Council in respect of the premises known as: Land known as the “Plain – Market Place” Stokesley, TS9 5DG for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities limited to take place a maximum of 6 days per year: Live Music Friday from 1600 to 2300; Recorded Music Friday from 1600 to 2300; Performances of Dance Friday from 1600 to 2300; Anything similar to Live Music, Recorded Music and Performances of Dance Friday from 1600 to 2300; Supply of Alcohol Friday from 1600 to 2300; Live Music Saturday to Monday from 1000 to 2300; Recorded Music Saturday to Monday from 1000 to 2300; Performances of Dance Saturday to Monday from 1000 to 2300; Anything similar to Live Music, Recorded Music and Performances of Dance Saturday to Monday from 1000 to 2300; Supply of Alcohol Saturday to Monday from 1000 to 2300. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton DL6 2UU between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm by appointment. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 28/04/2016 and sent to:- Licensing Team, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton DL6 2UU. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
