PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OFTHE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an applica­tion was made to the Darlington Borough Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 19th April 2016. Applicant: Martin Mccoll Limited. Address of premises: Martins 118 Whitby Way, Darlington, DL3 9UH. Proposed variation to the licens-able activities: To Extend the Sale of Alcohol hours to 06:00 hours to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday for consumption off the premises and remove all conditions under annex 2 and replace with up to date conditions. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: 'Licensing Team, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, County Durham, DLI 5QT Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 17th May 2016.
