NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we Skylive Events Ltd have applied to the Darlington Borough Council in respect of the premises known as: Land at – Durham Tees Valley Airport for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities limited to take place on a maximum of 6 days per year:- Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything similar to Live Music, Recorded Music and the Supply of Alcohol between the hours of 1000 to 2300 Friday to Monday and Bank Holiday Monday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm by appointment. Licensing Team, It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
