Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Massarella Gelaterie Limited has applied to Darlington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Cafe Zest, Second Floor, House of Fraser, High Row, Darlington, DL3 7QE.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are :To permit the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300; Late Night Refreshments Monday to Sunday 2300 to 2330; and opening hours Monday to Sunday 0700 to 2330. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority Darlington Borough Council, Block D, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT no later than 20th May 2016 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Darlington Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.darlington.gov.uk
