NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(EASBY LANE, GREAT AYTON) ORDER 2016 NO 239 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Easby Lane, Great Ayton, in the District of Hambleton for a temporary period of 313 days of Closure (subject to access to premises) between 23rd May 2016 and 31st March 2017, because of highway maintenance works - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Whilst this order shall remain valid until the 31 st March 2017, the closure is currently scheduled to commence on the 23rd May 2016 and last until the 10th June 2016. The work will be carried out in conjunction with the works on Cross Lane, Great Ayton, but both closures will not be in place at the same time.
