TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(PARKGATE LANE, BROMPTON ON SWALE) ORDER 2016 NO 247
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Parkgate Lane, Brompton on Swale, in the District of Richmondshire (subject to access to premises and as detailed in direct correspondence to each resident) between the 2nd June 2016 and 6th October 2016, because of carriageway way repairs including drainage, re-surfacing and associated works to the whole length of the Lane -It is envisaged that the works will be carried out over the course of three separate periods of closure, with closures in effect from 2nd June 2016 to 8th June 2016, the 23rd September 2016 to 28th September 2016, and 29th September to 6th October 2016. The closures will be indicated by the placing of traffic signs.
