NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(C1 BETWEEN A173 JUNCTION AND EASBY LANE JUNCTION, EASBY) ORDER 2016 NO 265 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the C1 between the A173 Junction and Easby Lane Junction, Easby, in the District of Hambleton, for a temporary period of 299 days of closure, (subject to access to premises) between 6th June 2016 and 31st March 2017, because of highway maintenance works - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
The closure is currently scheduled to commence on 6th June 2016 and lastuntil 17th June 2016, but tocover any unforeseen circumstances this Order shall remain valid
until 31 March 2017.
