TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.150/8/1, THIRSK) ORDER 2016 NO 270
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 10.150/8/1, Thirsk between grid references SE43198210 and | SE43198199 in the District of Hambleton, for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 09.06.2016 and 08.12.2016, in order to allow for completion of major demolition and redevelopment works to the former Bridge Garage site - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs. There is no alternative route available.
Whilst this order shall remain valid until 08.12.2016, it is envisaged that the works will be completed by the 1st August | 2016, with the public footpath re-opening immediately after their completion.
