(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL MOTOR VEHICLES) (UNCLASSIFIED ROAD TO SOUTH OF MARSKE BECK, HELWITH)
ORDER 2016 NO 264
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made this Order to prohibit any motor vehicle from using the unclassified road which leads southwards from the junction immediately to the south of Marske Beck at Helwith, in the District of Richmondshire. The Prohibition will apply from this junction southwards to 'Munn End Gate' - an approximate distance of 770 metres (subject to access to premises or land adjacent to the road for activities in connection with agriculture, land management or shooting) between 6th June 2016 and 5th December 2017, and has been introduced so as to protect the public from danger and to protect the road from further damage.
