NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) (DISTRICT OF HAMBLETON) (AMENDMENT NO 17) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below:-

(40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (A684, SWINITHWAITE) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 miles per hour on any length of road specified in the table below.

From a point 80 metres north west of its junction with the north side of the southernmost vehicular access to West End Farm (measured along the western kerb line), eastwards to a point 70 metres east of its junction with the centre line of the easternmost vehicular access to Swinithwaite Hall (measured along the northern kerb line).

From its junction with the A684, southwards for a distance of 57 metres from its westernmost junction with the A684 (measured along the centre line of the road) and including both legs adjacent to the area of green.
