NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) (DISTRICT OF RICHMONDSHIRE) (AMENDMENT NO 8) ORDER 2016

NOTICE is hereby given that on 27 June 2016 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Richmondshire) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below and revoke "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Richmondshire) (Amendment No 6) Order 2015", insofar as it relates to the existing restrictions on the east side of the A6136, Richmond Road and on part of the north and west sides of Shute Road:-

If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks of 27 June 2016 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
(30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (VARIOUS ROADS, WEST WITTON) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is hereby given that on 27 June 2016 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to:-
(1) Prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on any length of road specified in the table below; and

(2) Revoke in its entirety "The Council of the County of North Yorkshire (West Witton) (Restricted Road) Order 1981". The Order extends the existing 30 mph speed limit within West Witton village.
