TEMPORARY PROHIBITlON OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.129/1/1 SHIPTON, HAMBLETON) ORDER 2016 NO 349
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council has made this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using Public Footpath 10.129/1/1 Shipton, between grid reference SE54375875 and SE54975879, in the District of Hambleton, for a temporary period of 164 days of Closure (subject to access to premises) between 24th July 2016 and 2nd January 2017, in order to enable network rail to complete essential and urgent works to the crossing and rail. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and no suitable alternative route is available.
