TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following: Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13 Departure from Planning Policy Application Reference No. R/56/481 From Mr Huntbach for full planning permission for conversion of barn to short stay visitor accommodation at The Grange, Shaws Lane, Burtersett. Application Reference No. R/57/48D From Mr Howarth for full planning permission for change of use of single storey outbuilding to self-catering holiday accommodation with fully accessible facilities for guests with mobility, visual and hearing impairments; and erection of garage for farmhouse at Eastburn Farmhouse, Newbiggin.
