LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Hunton and Arrathorne Village Hall Committee to Richmondshire District Council in respect of premises known as Hunton and Arrathorne Village Hall which is situated at Hunton, Bedale, North Yorkshire, DL8 1LY. The proposed licensed activities are as follows: Provision of Regulated Entertainment Monday to Sunday as follows: 1.Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Performances of Dance – 09.00 to 01.00 hrs. 2.Live Music, Recorded Music – 23.00 to 01.00 hrs. 3.Supply of Alcohol – 11.00 to 00.30 hrs. The register of applications and the record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4JX during normal office hours. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council at the above address by 11th August 2016. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application.
