NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (A167, STATION ROAD, TOPCLIFFE) ORDER 2016 NOTICE is hereby given that on 22 July 2016 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the table below - the Order extends the existing 30 mph speed limit on the A167, Station Road at the north end of Topcliffe village.

From a point 401 metres north of its junction with the centre line of the unclassified road Back Lane (measured along the eastern kerb line), southwards to its junction with the A167, Long Street.
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 1 August 2016, together with a map showing the road affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton and at Thirsk Library, Meadowfields, Chapel Street, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 1TH during normal office hours from 29 July 2016 until 5 September 2016 and also viewed online at www.nort hyorks .gov.uk/notices.
