We Firthmoor & District Community Association Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Burnside Road, Darlington, DL1 4SU and known as: Firthmoor Community Centre The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol on the premises 12:00 to 00:45hrs each day, Permit the showing of plays and films 09:00 to 01:00hrs each day, Permit Live and Recorded Music 09:00 to 02:00hrs each day, Permit the Performance of Dance 09:00 to 00:00hrs each day, Provision of Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:00hrs each day, Permit Indoor sporting events 0900 to 0100hrs each day. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 23 August 2016 The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
