Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 Licensing Act 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that Number One Champagne Bar Limited has applied to Darlington Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of a premises to be known as Number One, 1 Skinnergate Darlington DL3 7NB. The premise is to trade as a bar with cafe and entertainment facilities. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: (1) Film, Recorded Music and Opening Times 08:00to 02:30 Every Day; (2) Live Music and Performance of dance 11:00 to 02:30 Every Day; (3) Anything similar to Recorded Music, Live Music or Performance of Dance 11:00 to 02:30 Every Day (4) Late Night Refreshment Every Day23:00to 02:30the next morning; (5) The Supply of Alcohol (on/off) 11:00 to 02:00. Non-Standard Timings and conditions shall apply. Anyone who wishes to makerepresentationsregardingthisapplication must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Darlington Borough Council, D Block Town Hall Darlington DL1 5QT. Representations must be received by 25th August 2016. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
