NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(A170, SUTTON BANK) ORDER 2016 NO 392 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order | to prohibit any vehicle from using the A170, Sutton Bank, in the District of Hambleton for a temporary period of 5 days of Closure (subject to access to premises) between 5th September 2016 and 28th October 2016 because of annual essential maintenance works - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
Whilst this Order shall remain valid until 28th October it is envisaged that the works will be carried out between Monday | 5th September 2016 and Friday 9th September 2016.
