Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were members of The Firmenich Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) that Firmenich UK Limited and the Scheme Trustees have decided to wind up the Scheme. The Trustees have taken all reasonable steps to contact the members of the Scheme, an announcement has been sent to each member and their benefits under the Scheme have been checked. If you believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme and you have not recently been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim (specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme) to Peter Rolland at Capita, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ, so as to reach that address within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
