I Rupinder Paul Singh do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licencing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the grant of A Premises Licence at premises at 26 Yarm Road, Darlington DL1 1XQ. The application is to permit the supply of alcohol from 11.00 to 23.00 each day and the provision of recorded music and late night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 each day. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT by Wednesday 21st September 2016. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing offices of Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT between the hours of 9.00am and 4pm or on the worldwide web at http://www.darlington.gov.uk
