APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 19 OF THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (ENGLAND & WALES) REGULATIONS 1999 SUBMISSION OF FURTHER AND/OR OTHER ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Proposed development at Langwith House Farm, Long Lane, Well, Nosterfield, Bedale, North Yorkshire (ref. NY/2011/0242/ENV, dated 25th May 2011)
I give notice that Tarmac Ltd, having made an application to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for an extension to the sand and gravel quarry, modification of condition 2 of planning permission C2/06/01616/CCC and variation to the existing restoration scheme has submitted further and/or other additional information in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) which has already been provided, including:
? removal of 'modification of condition 2 of planning permission C2/06/01616/CCC' from the description of the development;

? revised Supporting Statement (SS) and ES (plus non-technical summary) (June 2015) with updated planning policy, landscape, agriculture, ecology, hydrogeology, noise, restoration & after-care sections and updated long-term management proposals;

? revised plans and appendices accompanying the SS and ES, received June 2015;

? revised Traffic Impact Assessment/Transport Statement, May 2015;

? new Phase 9 Scheme of Working & Restoration, May 2015;

? draft Strategic Management Plan, January 2016;

? revised Bird Management Strategy, June 2016;

? revised Scheme of Archaeological Investigation, June 2016;

? draft suite of proposed planning conditions, April 2016; and,

? two draft legal agreements under Section 39 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 and Section 106 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990, April 2016.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the information at Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 21 October 2016.
