Notice of Application to Grant a Premises Licence as follows:

I/We Liquorette Limited, Do hereby give notice that I/We have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at : 4B Houndgate, Darlington, DL1 5RL and known as: 4B Houndgate. The application is to: apply for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the Provision of Recorded Music and the Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises on each of the following standard days and times: Monday: 11.00 to 02.00; Tuesday: 11.00 to 24.00; Wednesday: 11.00 to 24.00; Thursday: 11.00 to 02.00; Friday: 11.00 to 02.00; Saturday: 11.00 to 02.00; and Sunday: 11.00 to 24.00. The hours for the Provision of Recorded Music and supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises may be varied to finish at 02.00 on a Sunday before a Bank Holiday Monday, to 02.00 for each of the days from and including 17 December to and including 31 December in each year. Other persons or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 29 October 2016. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
