Application in respect of a Premises Licence Certificate at 18 Regency West Mall, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1EF. Notice is hereby given that I, Parker Barras Ltd, have applied on 11th October 2016, to Stockton Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence Certificate in respect of the above-mentioned premises. The licensable activities applied for are: Recorded Music, Supply of Alcohol, Provision of Late Night Refreshment. The licensable hours applied for are: 11:00 to 01:00 – M, T, W, T, F, S, S. Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Stockton Borough Council at the address stated below. Representations must be made in writing and no later than 28 consecutive days from the date of application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
