(PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 10.58/7/2 AND 10.93/5/1 IN GREAT BUSBY AND LITTLE BUSBY, HAMBLETON) ORDER 2016 NO 482
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION

North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which | is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order North Yorkshire County Council Public Footpaths 10.58/7/2 And 10.93/5/1 In Great Busby And Little Busby, Hambleton) Order 2016 No 262 made on 20th May 2016, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpaths 10.58/7/2 and 10.93/5/1 in Great Busby and Little Busby, between grid reference NZ51330447 and NZ52100485, in the District of Hambleton, due to the demolition of a bridge.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 9th November 2016 until 8th May 2017 inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
A local alternative route is available by following the Public Bridleway 10.93/4/1 north towards Greenlees (NZ50980513). Headeastontrackand then south (NZ51730546) on Public Footpath 10.58/8/1 passed Viewley Hill Farm.
