NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 7 OF SCHEDULE 14 YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY FOOTPATH NO. 22, BURTON-CUM-WALDEN DIVERSION ORDER 2012 On 11 June, 2012 the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert public Footpath No. 22 running from a point in the field south east of Bridge End Farm at GR SE 0068 8227, ascending west north westerly crossing the property boundary into the yard between the buildings to a steep bank reaching the western boundary fence line and continuing across the field to join the track at GR SE 0059 8228 and create a footpath onto a line running from the same point, south east of Bridge End Farm, following the boundary wall in a west, south westerly direction for approximately 88 metres to a pedestrian gate, continuing north westerly across the field to join the track at GR SE 0059 8228, as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority Offices at Yoredale, Bainbridge, Leyburn DL8 3EL until 27 July, 2012. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased there and at the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority Office at ‘Colvend’, Hebden Road, Grassington, Skipton BD23 5LB, at a reasonable cost. This Order comes into force on the date on which the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
