has received the following: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building Section 28 - Publicity for Planning Applications Application Reference No. R/01/74D From The Duke of Norfolk for full planning permission for erection of general purpose building to be used for vehicle and equipment storage/repairs on the Arkengarthdale (west) Estate at West House Yard, Langthwaite. It is considered that the appearance and character of a nearby Listed Building could be affected by the proposed development Major Application Application Reference No. R/56/415D From Wensleydale Dairy Products Ltd for full planning permission for erection of replacement building to provide cheese production and public visitor facility, smoke house and offices at Wensleydale Dairy Products Ltd, Gayle Lane, Hawes.
