deceased Pursuant to s.27 of the Trustee Act 1925 All persons having claims against or claimimng to be beneficially interested in the estate of Nicholas St John Fordy deceased late of Lowlands Farm Snape Bedale North Yorkshire DL8 2RR who died on 30th September 2011 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before 5th October 2012 after which time the personal representatives will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice.
