NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
John Halcroft Eccles applied to Stockton on Tees Borough Council on 24th August 2012 for a licence to use the premises at Café Infinity, Castlegate Quay, Moat Street, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3AZ for the sale by retail of alcohol and hosting of events for entertainment purposes. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Trading Standards & Licensing Manager, Stockton on Tees Borough Council, PO Box 232, 16 Church Road, Stockton on Tees. TS18 1XD by 21st September 2012. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
