Notice of Application to Grant a Premises Licence
We Bean 4 Coffee do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at 36 Duke Street, Darlington, DL3 7AQ and known as Bean 4 Coffee. The application is to Authorise sale of alcohol on and off the premises 08.00 to 24.00 hours everyday. Provision of live and recorded music 08.00 to 24.00 hours everyday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 28-9-12. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make false statement in or in connection with this application.
