PUBLIC NOTICE (Licensing Act 2003)
Take notice that Stokesley Motors Ltd have applied to Hambleton District Council under the LicensingAct2003 for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as Londis, 1 Manor Close, Stokesley TS9 5AG. A
brief description of the proposed licence is as follows: Opening hours and supply of alcohol - Monday to Sunday 0700 to 2200 hrs. Full details of the application are held and can be inspected in office hours at Licensing Department, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton DL62UU.

A copy of the licence can also be viewed on the council website at http://planning.hambleton.gov.uk/onli neapplications/search.do?action=sim-ple&searchType=LicencingApplicatio n. Interested parties or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority in writing by the 4th October 2012 at the address above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
