PUBLIC NOTICE (Licensing Act 2003)
Take notice that Penny Petroleum (Scarborough) Ltd have applied to Hambleton District Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a variation to the premises licence in respect of the premises known as Thirsk Service Station, 109 Long St, ThirskYO7 IBB.
A brief description of the proposed variation is as follows: to extend the opening hours & the sale of alcohol for 'off sales from 22:30 hours to 2300 hours Monday to Sunday, & to submit a change of floor plan's. Interested parties or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority in writing by the 2nd November 2012 at the address above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
