Notice is hereby given that an appli­cation was ' made to the Richmondshire District Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 8th October 2012. Applicant: Shell UK Oil Products Ltd Address of premises: Shell High Brough Moor, A1 Scotch Corner, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 6PB. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption off the Premises Provision of Late Night Refreshment. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity': Every Day Alcohol Sales 00.00 to 24.00'. Pro'vision of Late Night Refreshment 23.00 to 05.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: 'licensing Officer, Richmondshire District Council, Swale House, Frenchgate, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4JE. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 5th November 2012.
