DOUTHWAITE John David Rose Mary and the Family of the late John Douthwaite would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown and for the many letters, cards and messages of condolence and support received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to all the staff of The Friary Hospital at Richmond for all their kindness and care for John, to Rev Chris Lawton for a lovely service, also to Richard Sanderson Funeral Director for all his help and support and The Queens Head at Finghall for the wonderful funeral teas. Finally, grateful thanks for the generous donations received in memory of John for Dementia Forward and Finghall Church funds.
