HALE-SMITH Robert Derek aged 61 years, peacefully at home, Woodside, Leyburn, North Yorkshire on November 27. Beloved husband of Caroline (nee Rutter), a much loved stepdad, dad, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. A Celebration of Robert's life will be held at the Golden Lion Hotel, Leyburn at 2.00pm on Monday, December 5. At Robert's request please wear colourful clothing, no black ties required. Donations if desired for Leyburn Surgery/District nurses and the Great North Air Ambulance may be given at the Golden Lion or sent care of John Blenkiron & Sons Ltd, Funeral Directors, Victoria House, 21 Queens Road, Richmond, DL10 4AJ.
