HOPKINS Dr. John Stephen Aged 56 years, of Middleton Tyas, died suddenly at home on January 6. Dearly loved husband of Leigh and much loved dad of Francis, Helen and Sarah. Funeral Service at St Michael & All Angels Church, Middleton Tyas, on Thursday, January 25, at 1.30p.m., followed by interment in the churchyard. Friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the British Heart Foundation may be sent care of John Blenkiron & Sons Ltd, Funeral Directors, 21 Queens Road, Richmond, DL10 4AJ.
