WATKINS Dorothy & Herb Brompton on Swale Dorothy, (nee Hebdon), aged 85 years, died peacefully in hospital on January 24 and her dearly loved husband Herb, aged 87 years, died peacefully in hospital on January 29. Much loved mother and father of Stephen and Derek, mother and father-in-law to Wendy, grandparents to Helen and Christopher and great-grandparents to Tom, Sam, Imogen and Amelia. Funeral Service for Dorothy and Herb will take place at St. Paul's Church, Brompton on Swale on Thursday, February 8 at 11.00 am followed by private cremation. Friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired for The Friends of The Friarage Hospital, Northallerton and St. Paul's Church, Brompton on Swale may be given on the plate in the church or sent care of John Blenkiron & Sons Ltd, Funeral Directors, 21 Queens Road, Richmond. DL10 4AJ.
