APPLETON Joyce On March 18, peacefully at home in Thirsk, Joyce aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Derick, a much loved aunt, great-aunt, sister, sister-in-law and cousin. Joyce will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Private cremation to take place followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St. Oswald's Church, Sowerby, on Tuesday, April 3 at 11am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Herriot Hospice and Marie Curie.
