SCATCHARD Fred In his 90th year and after a courageous fight, it is with great sadness that the family of Fred Scatchard announces his passing in Harrogate District Hospital on Sunday, April 29, 2018 with his loving and devoted wife Blanche of nearly 60 years by his side. Adored and much loved by his daughter Sue, son-in-law Mark and a treasured grandad of Katie and Sophie. The funeral service and interment will take place at St Oswald's Church, Farnham, near Knaresborough on Tuesday, May 8 at 12.30p.m. Family flowers only please, but if so desired donations in memory of Fred would greatly be received in aid of St Thomas's Church, Scotton and St Oswald's Church Farnham Fabric Fund.
