FIELDEN Edith June Margaret Passed away peacefully at her home in Leyburn on Sunday, August 19 aged 88. She remained her cheerful self to the end, an avid reader, politically aware and with a love of music and singing. A wonderful mother, she will be deeply mourned by her children Joy, Margy, Richard and Sarah and their spouses Bernard, Carl, Michelle and Jez, who all did their utmost to ameliorate June's increasing physical frailty over the past year. Also grieving are her grandchildren Joe, Lydia, Katie, Adelaide, Blithe, Rosie and Victor, and her brother Chris and sister-in-law Margaret, as well as wider family and friends and the many carers to whom grateful thanks. Funeral Service 2:30pm on Friday August 31 at St Matthew's Church, Leyburn.
