BUCK Ken sadly passed away peacefully after a long illness on Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Friary Hospital, Richmond, North Yorkshire. In the mid seventies Ken worked for North Yorkshire County Council as a Highway Engineer and was an Assistant Resident Engineer during the construction of the Malton By-Pass. In later years he became Area Secretary of the National Farmers' Union based at Leyburn. He retired in 2009. Much loved husband to his wife De and a loving father to Chris, Nick and David and grandad to 5 beautiful grandchildren and beloved brother to Anne and her husband Eric. Ken will be greatly missed. He was a beautiful person. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ken's life at Darlington Crematorium on Wednesday, November 28, at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations may be given at the service for RSPB or sent care of John Blenkiron & Sons, Funeral Directors, 21 Queens Road, Richmond. DL10 4AJ.
