BRAITHWAITE Philip Peacefully on December 17 at Beechwood Care Home, aged 94 years. Beloved husband of Joan, loving dad of Philip and Julia, a much loved and missed grandpa of William. Service to take place at Darlington Crematorium at 1.15pm on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Dementia UK.
