WELFORD Cecil On December 19 peacefully in hospital, Cecil aged 86 years of Romanby. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Pat and he will be missed by his family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at St James Church Romanaby on Friday, January 17 at 1.00pm followed by Private Family Cremation. Family flowers only. Donations if wished may be given after the Service to benefit The British Heart Foundation and Church funds.
