CLEMENTS Noel Conway Passed away peacefully on April 13, aged 85 years. Dearly loved father of Gareth and Malcolm and dearest father-in-law of Nina. Much loved and devoted grandad to Owen, Shanice and Aidan and great-grandad to Sophia. Much loved by Owen's partner Ewelina and brother of Alan. Due to the current circumstances, a small Funeral Service will be held for his family.
