WELBURN Cyril Cyril, Dorothy's husband and Jane's Dad, born in Beswick, East Riding of Yorkshire, former Superintendent (Traffic), North Yorkshire Police, died peacefully at home in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, on Sunday, June 7 2020 aged 80. Cyril's funeral will be strictly private in accordance with his lifelong wish.
