SIMPSON Eric Scott aged 81 years of Reeth in Swaledale, died suddenly on August 21. Beloved husband of the late Margaret, much loved dad of Nigel, Karen and Steven, a dear father-in-law, loving grandad and great-grandad. Owing to the current circumstances a private family funeral service will take place at Gunnerside Methodist Chapel on Saturday September 5, at 11.00am, followed by interment. Those wishing to pay their respects to Eric the Funeral Cortege will leave Hill Close, Reeth at 10.30am and travel to Gunnerside. Please observe social distancing regulations. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired may be given directly to The Great North Air Ambulance.
