ALFRED Lt. Col. Alan S.R. Alfred MBE (Alfie), aged 91 years of Richmond, passed away peacefully in hospital. Farewell to a true officer and a gentleman. A dearly missed character by his family and friends. Due to the current circumstances a small family service will be held for Alan at Darlington Crematorium on Tuesday November 10, at 11.15am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired. may be given for the Royal Signals Benevolent Fund at the service.
