HODGSON Hilda (nee Hardy) Of Richmond and Marrick, passed away peacefully at home on January 13, aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late John, dearly loved mother of Mark, dear sister of the late Robert and Joe and a much loved and loving grandma to Kate and Emma. Due to the current restrictions, a private service will be held at Richmond Cemetery chapel on Wednesday February 3, at 12 o'clock. Following the service, Hilda's funeral cortege will pass through Marrick at approximately 1.00pm before continuing to Grinton Cemetery for burial. Hilda never wanted people to wear black at her funeral, so wherever her friends are, wear something bright, particularly red !, and remember her with happiness. Donations if desired, in memory of Hilda, may be made to Breast Cancer Care.
