JONES Derek Richard, (known to many as Jonah), of Scorton, died unexpectedly but peacefully, at home on January 15, aged 69 years. Dearly loved husband of Denise, much loved dad of Graeme and Helen, loving and adored grandad to Alfie and gaga to Max. Due to the current circumstances a family funeral service will take place at Darlington Crematorium on Wednesday, February 10 at 2.15pm. For friends wishing to pay their respects to Derek the funeral cortege will travel from his home and pass around Scorton Village Green at approximately 1.15pm. Family flowers only please.
