METCALFE Reginald, (Reg) of Brompton on Swale, died peacefully at home on March 4, aged 92 years. Dearly loved husband of Lyn, much loved dad of Judith and Allison and a dear father-in-law, loving grandad and great-grandad and brother. Due to the current restrictions a small service will take place at The Wear Valley Crematorium on Friday March 19, at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for The Great North Air Ambulance may be sent in cheque form payable to the charity c/o John Blenkiron & Sons, 21 Queens Road, Richmond. DL10 4AJ.
