METCALFE Greta Mary, aged 81 years of Church Row, Hurworth on Tees. Dearly loved wife of the late John Benn Metcalfe, beloved mum to Debra and stepmother to Richard and John Robert, much loved grandmother to Ben and Rebecca, and much loved sister to Geoff, sister-in-law Sheila, and aunty to Natalie. Passed away suddenly on Saturday August 7, at the Grange Care Home, Darlington. Funeral to take place on Friday August 27, at 11.15am at All Saints' Church, Hurworth followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu can be sent to Dementia UK c/o Seaton Leng & Son Ltd, 59a Bondgate, Darlington DL3 7JR.
